From Simulator to Global Production Data Platform

Hi, everyone!

We're always proud to share our updates, but this time is something special!

We have introduced the ability to work with historical production data.

What does it mean?

  1. You can explore our public data. We don't have a huge amount yet, but we're actively expanding our database. We already have data on oil production (and soon gas production), well counts, base production curves at the well level—everything can be exported. Together with our core training dataset, we are approaching 500 historical reservoirs.
  2. You can import your company's production data. It will be available only to you and your teammates. We don't share your data with others or use it to train models outside your workspace.
  3. We are becoming a data provider rather than just a simulation tool. This means our users can save a significant amount of money that would normally be spent on services providing access to raw production data. As a bonus, you also get analytics built on top of these data because we process and enrich them extensively.

QuickField.ai helps make asset estimation in situations with limited or highly uncertain data by leveraging existing production experience from both your company and public data sources from around the world.

How do we do it?

We collect and process proven production results and apply them to your specific situation. We train our models to forecast the most important production characteristics, such as water cut, recovery factor, well performance, and reservoir production, and then adapt these predictions to your geological conditions, showing all possible outcomes and how they relate to geology and your drilling plan.

Why use QuickField instead of advanced 3D modeling software?

In the early stages of a project, there is usually no production data available to build a reliable hydrodynamic model. As a result, every simulation is technically complex and still depends heavily on human assumptions about geology. Spending days or even weeks on every iteration without knowing whether the result will be useful is simply too expensive in terms of both time and money. We do it in minutes.

I know there are many great specialists in my network who face the challenges of asset evaluation and field development planning. I'd be happy to give a demo to anyone interested, and I'd really appreciate your support through comments, likes, and sharing this post.

Together, we can make the industry truly digital!
